"Before training at hench I'd have described myself as a bit gym shy, but right from the off the trainers were warm and welcoming. The coaches were very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me with technique and encouraged progress, that coupled with the atmosphere in the gym allowed me to look forward to working out, something I've never be able to say before Hench.

"I have lost 5.3% body fat, 4.6kgs in body weight. Week after week I have achieved personal best. My deadlift has increased by 33%, Bench Press by 14%, and Squat 24%. What I love about hench is that it's personal training within a community. You can work away at your own ‘pace’ during the session depending on your energy, but the coach is always there for guidance.
Also, I love that there is accountability and support from all the coaches and members, there is never judgement only encouragement when you’re having a bad week. The coaches understand that life can affect training, and to reach your goals it takes more than training but sleep, nutrition and balance which they are always on hand to help if you require them.

At HENCH, we approach things a bit differently. We’ve worked hard to build an inclusive community and environment that welcomes and supports you, no matter what point of your fitness journey you are at.
We put you as an individual first, taking things at a pace that suits you and meeting you where you are at this minute in time. The thought of forcing anyone into something they aren't comfortable with is our worst nightmare.
